If you’re thinking of selling your home. Mike handled the sale of our unique home. What I thought was “unique” and therefore less likely to be appreciated by potential buyers, Mike found as selling points. Mike strongly recommended (and of course, we did) what we could do to prepare the home for a quick sale. When we got the home on the market, Mike did what he calls his “marketing blitz,” highlighting the home’s/property’s uniqueness and creating an incredible “buzz. There were multiple showings and over thirty groups came through in the month of December. We had multiple offers over list price with HUGE Due Diligence deposits!
